Girls League
The Victor Travel Girls league is a relatiavely new program designed to develop younger athletes into good ballhandlers as they increase with age. This program starts with the 3rd grade teaching the girls skills with continuous inprovement on the skills as the girls move into higher grades. As the girls progress into the higher grades, this program is designed for players looking for a higher level of competitve play.
Coaches
–8th Grade – Glen Simbor
–7th Grade – Gregg Gelinas/ Jim Caggiano
–6th Grade – Gary Leonard
–5th Grade – Shawn Reed
–3rd/4th Grade – Mike Simmons
Team expectations
3rd thru 6th grade
Players should particiapte in Victor Parks and Rec. basketball program for additional skills and game time. This is not a requirement, but helps in additional ball handling.
Will have one night of travel practice a week
Will participate in Monroe County ad hoc league
Expectation is about 25-30 games and 1 tournament
5th and 6th grade
Players will have two nights of travel practice a week
5th grade team will particiapte in ELIM & Monroe County Leagues
6th grade team will particiapt in Monroe County league and may participate in an additional league to be decided
expectations is about 35-40 games and 1 tournament
7th and 8th grade
Players should participate in Victor Central School Modified Basketball program
Girls will practice one time per week, not to interfere with Victor Modified Basketball program
7th and 8th grade teams will particiapte in ELIM league and schedule Monroe County town teams
Expectations is about 25-30 games
Possible holiday tournament to be determined
Boys League

As the boys progress into the higher grades, this program is designed for players looking for a higher level of competitve play.
